Founded in 2018, The Bhansa brings the authentic flavors of the Himalayas to the heart of Europe. Our master chefs, trained in the traditional kitchens of Kathmandu, craft each dish with passion, using only the finest ingredients imported directly from Nepal.

One of the most popular originated dish from Nepal, "Buff" is a short form of Buffalo and "Sukuti", stands for Dried Meat. Sukuti are raw meats seasoned with best nepali spices only found in Nepal and dried in the smoke of fire woods. Typically Prepared in ginger, garlic, tomatoes paste with best nepali spices and Chill, salt to the taste, garnished with green corianders, chopped onions and green chilli. It is served with Beaten Rice (chiura), Blackeye peas (bhatmas) and some nepali pickels. It is best to take with aloholic drinks.

With over 8 years of hands-on experience across India, Qatar, Nepal, and now Poland, Chef Kiran is passionate about bringing the bold, comforting flavors of Nepalese and Indian cuisine to every plate.
His culinary journey has taken him from the bustling kitchens of Delhi to the luxury hotels of Doha, and from the traditional hearths of Kathmandu to the contemporary dining scene of Warsaw. From the smoky heat of the tandoor to rich, aromatic curries, his cooking is rooted in tradition and inspired by global exposure.
My goal is to make every guest feel at home — with spices that awaken memories and dishes that carry the soul of Nepal and India.

A veteran of the kitchen with over 18 years of experience, including 12 years at Hotel The Lalit in India and 6 years in Dubai, Chef Ishori is a true specialist in authentic Indian and Nepalese cuisine.
His expertise spans from preparing royal Mughlai feasts to crafting humble dal bhat with equal devotion. Having served dignitaries, celebrities, and food connoisseurs across three continents, Chef Ishori brings not just recipes, but stories, traditions, and the warmth of subcontinental hospitality to every dish.
